Robert Spencer is talking sense, take a look

Robert Spencer has put up what I believe to be a very important post about the whole Vlamms Belang / Charles Johnson controversy. Robert, unlike Charles, was at the conference in Belgium and with this post he is trying to draw people back from brinks and back together.

JihadWatch: Vlaams Belang, Charles Johnson, and all that

I know that specifically since Dewinter appeared on Shire Network News he has been first on holiday and then plunged into a dealing with a constitutional crisis in Belgium that looks like it could actually split the country. They have not had a lot of time to deal with blog wars in the US. Maybe he'll answer some further questions, or maybe he won't but lets lay off one another in the meantime?

As should be evident from the fact that Tom Paine and I produced the most recent show together (after being slapped about a bit by Meryl) we are well on the way to mending any differences and I think others out there in blogland should also make the same moves. Travelling will mean we are unlikely to do a show this next week but we will let you know when the next one is in production.

You might also be interested to know that (very occasionally) I put up a post over at Israellycool Dave's site and my most recent one was:

Nachman, Nachman, Nachman Meoman in Safed or Zefat or Tsfat

Spencer talking sense? A political party forms to defend the culture and heritage of Britain and this Spencer spin doctor comes out with deriding the BNP with the white supremacy fascist garbage. What has repeating oneself for over 5 years at a site called jihadwatch achieved? Nothing! What does Spencer stand for? Nothing! If two men came together and attacked each others culture, beliefs, whatnot, the outcome is obvious. But if those same two men came together and declared their pride in ones race, history, whatnot, a mutual respect for one another is possible. When the riots and mahem begin Spencer will continue to repeat the same tact of explaining why, why it's the perfect model for all mankind, mohammad, it's his fault. We are entering a new phase in this clash of cultures and resorting to pointing the blame at each other on the devide is proving to be the catalist for ripping the world apart. Spencer is pathetic and Johnson is a multicultural Utopian airhead...
