Religion of Peace?  Like the bumper sticker on my car says; "I learned everything I need to know about Islam on 9/11".  What a pathetic excuse for a religion.

This reminds me of a cover of Newsweek magazine that I just saw. The feature story was about Muslims in America, and the cover showed about two dozen people in a group pose: men and women, boys and girls of all different races, ethnic groups and apparently walks of life. That's to show that Muslims are a diverse lot and just like you and me.

About 20 years ago, Newsweek had a cover article devoted to yuppies, with a fatuous, breathy text about how cool yuppies and how numerous they were. They were what was happening, you see. I even remember the article approvingly quoting yuppies saying things like "I am glad I just bought a condo. It makes me feel smart," and "I just couldn't live on under "$250,000 a year." At the time, the magazine was ridiculed by some because the article seemed to be a clone of a feature the magazine had done about 15 years before called "Hippies." That was a fatuous article about how cool and numerous the hippies were. They were on the rise.  They were what was happening. Etc.

I guess Muslims are now the flavor of the month.

I have discovered a columnist from _The Asia Times_ writing under the pseudonym "Spengler." He recently _nailed_ the  submission/peace aspect of Islam in  a recent issue of _First Things_ magazine. The article is called "Christian, Muslim, Jew" -- he analyzes the thought of Jewish writer Franz Rosenzweig.

 Islam does not mean "peace."  It means "submisssion."

I hope that this organisation is now sponsoring similar ads on the sides of buses in Gaza, Tehran, Baghdad, Sulawesi, Moro, Northern Malaysia, Yemen, Darfur .... you get my point.

"Education" works both ways, people.

When Muslims start policing the behavior of their co-religionists and make a concerted effort to curb the subjugation of non-muslims in thought or action, then you will have my attention.

Islamic Peace is a special form of peace.  It means there will be peace when everyone is a Muslim.

ummm...didn't this peaceful religion fail to rescue dozens of muslim girls from a burning school  all because the little girls didn't have their burkas on?? Oh yeah ,,I'd be proud of that!!! And I distinctly rember them yelling "Allah Akbar" while they were cutting off Nick Berg's head!!! If you want to see how peaceful Islam is just go online and view the evil videos of them MURDERING that poor man and others by decapitating them. I will be forever haunted by the sickening sounds of those men strangling and gasping on their own blood. Islam SOOO loving and peaceful.

Its high time that the World shed its stupid political correctness and recognize Islam for what it so clearly is: a sick and demented religion that deserves to be outlawed.

With the possible exception of the London Mayor, the public is smarter and knows better.

The peaceful portion of the muslim community is not helping either by not condemning any of the terror acts and thus being thrown into the same pot.

 And who paid for this ad? Not the taxpayers I hope.
